Fall 2008

Hey All...

Hope everyone is having a great fall!

Even though things are cooling off here in Brooklyn, things are really heating up in terms of my books.

First, my new picture book is now in available. It's called "Turkey Bowl," and it's all about football, family, and of course, Thanksgiving! The amazing illustrations were once again painted by C.F. Payne. Be sure to check it out.

Second, this fall marks the 50th anniversary of the historic football game between the Baltimore Colts and the New York Giants, also known as "The Greatest Game Ever Played." Yep, that's what my picture book of the same title is all about. Be sure to check it out if you get the chance.

Finally, this fall, I'll be spending lots of time in Texas. I'll be doing a whole series of school visits in the Austin-Round Rock Area. I will also be participating in the Texas Book Festival. Hope to see you there!
